  2. Brief Manual

  4. • SetItsType! is a file type/creator changer.
  5.  
  6. • SetItsType! requires System 7 (or greater) to run. It works on any Mac including PowerMac.
  7.  
  8. • To set a file’s file type, drop the file, enter the new type in fields, and hit return key or “Set” button.
  9.  
  10. • You can drop multiple files if you want to set more than one file’s type at a time.
  11.  
  12. • You can cancel if you want to. Just hit “Cancel” or “Cancel All” button.
  13.  
  14. • If you want to set type of all the dropped file to the same one, hit “Set All” instead of “Set”.
  15.  
  16. • You can choose type from an existing file. Choose “Choose...” from the pop-up menu.
  17.  
  18. • You can store your favorite types in the menu. Choose “Add to menu” from the pop-up menu after you enter your favorite type.
  19.  
  20. • To clear and move stored types in the menu, choose “Edit this menu...” from the pop-up menu.
  21.   A dialog appears, and you can clear, move up, and move down types.
  22.  
  23. • To revert the type to its original one, choose “Revert” from the pop-up menu.

  25. • SetItsType! is free, because I made it for myself.

  27. • I retain all the copyrights. You can copy and use SetItsType! freely, but don’t alter or sell without my permission.

  29. • Sorry, but I can’t be responsible for any problems that occureed on your Mac, no matter you’ve used SetItsType! or not.
